A nice addition would be to know whether a webdav server is up and running.

This can be probably worked around with an HTTP(s) but when the webdav routes are behind username and password things can get hairy.

Having an explicit option would greatly simplify things.

PS.: thanks for this project, it is an awesome tool, very easy to setup.

✔️ Solution

New Webdav monitor for, for instance, check if OPTIONS works again a webdav endpoint. Username and password should be configurable as well.
