Sharp installation loading libvips from github

Hi,
We are installing sharp from our internal server which tries to connect to "https://github.com/lovell/sharp-libvips/releases/download/v8.12.2/libvips-8.12.2-linux-x64.tar.br" to download and install libvips.

Is there any way to use a local path for libvips.tar.br instead?
Or some way to not download the tar over the internet?

after running npm install on termux i found below error

sharp: Installation error: Prebuilt libvips 8.12.2 binaries are not yet available for android-arm64v8

please help

@innocentkiller22 For Termux, please see #1889 (comment) and ensure you're using the latest version of sharp (it looks like you're using v0.30.x but the latest is v0.32.6).
