Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the site title is binded with the App name, which is okay but we need to bind it with "Title of the Page" on General Settings, as well.

Describe the solution you'd like

The Rule is simple :

  1. If Title is set on General App settings, then use it as a Site Title
  2. Else, show App name as Site Title
