Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I parse a run that does not start off with a SampleSheet.csv, SneakerNet does not add taxa to samples.tsv.

Describe the solution you'd like
Please add this function to sn_parseSampleSheet.pl so that it adds taxa based on the regex in taxonProperties.conf
