colorid dependency

Describe the bug
colorid_bv is not a drop in replacement for colorid.
The build index is a different file/directory structure.

Additionally, the colorid current version is 0.1.4.2 but colorid_bv is 0.1.0.
This will make it very difficult to suss out in the conda dependency requirements.

I suggest removing it from the workflows at this time until it is fixed.
