Moodle 3.0, mysql, quickmail version 2015122912

Build an email that contains an attachment. But have the attachment in a folder within the files upload area. Save the email as a draft and view the list of the drafts. The email is shown with the correct attachment. Edit the email and the file will no longer be in the attachments file upload area.

Please note that it works fine if the attachment was not in a folder. If there is a file normally, and a file in a folder, then when reediting a draft, the normal file will appear but the folder and file in the folder will have disappeared.

looking into this. I believe we do attachments a little bit differently, but will be testing the pull request tomorrow that addresses this issue.

I've assigned Chad to this. It's definitely still happening as of 1.6.1.
