Cannot restore history from v1 backup to v2 site #275

When restoring a backup file from v1 of the plugin, the history is not restored, even in the mdl_block_quickmail_log table with has_migrated set to 0.

This might be a BIG change. I am starting to look at this issue.

Any fix for this issue yet? still not able to migrated log. keep stuck at 5.6%
