Cancel button

When composing a new message, the Cancel button at the bottom of the page is not functional until a recipient has been added to the recipient list. The initial thought was that it did not work until all required fields were filled in, but Subject, which is required, does not seem to affect the functionality. The general opinion is that Cancel should work anytime as a return to the main course page (if possible).

This is very low priority.
