I have also encountered this problem and solved it, currently using tensorflow 1.14, as shown below. You can try to install torch in tensorflow environment, it may solve the problem.

@Xiaojiuwo168 thank you ! my computer is macos monterey M1 core , tensorflow Poor support, i changed import ,solved this problem. [deepxde.backend.pytorch has Incomplete API]
