考虑到很多人应该从来没有使用过GitHub，应当有这么一份指南指导没有使用过GitHub的贡献者如何参与到本项目的改进中来（尤其是翻译）

指南应当涉及注册GitHub，提交issues，fork和pull requests以及本项目脚本的简单介绍，内容可以来自网上其他人写的教程，但是应该简单易懂，至少能够让有心参与本项目的人能够提交issues
