[Question] - Is this lib abandoned?

Hi everyone,
we are currently using this library in our projects, many are in production right now.
What I'm wondering is: "Can we still count on this library being maintained? I see lots of issues and no pushes so far in 8 months"

if this library is dead, then we may consider moving the entire .env setup "simply" in the initial options passed from the native side.
