I have connected the USRP X310 using 1G Ethernet connection with the PC. The CyberEther (Window release) is unable to detect the USRP through Soapy Block. Also unable to detect the hackrf one.
Is it supported through the Soapy block or only usb based USRP devices supported?

All devices supported by SoapySDR should be supported by CyberEther. Since this is a remote device, you might need to specify the lookup address of the server in the device hints. This requirement is not exclusive to CyberEther. All SoapySDR-based programs should require this.
