App crashes uploading large files #116

Uploading large files will simply fail and the app will crash to the results screen showing "No Results"

How big? I tried 4.7MB pixiv img and it worked fine.

I can't seem to reproduce the issue, actually. It seems intermittent, maybe due to network conditions or something else.

I tried a 20 MB file that failed, but I'm unsure what the limit is
