Future api support

sorry for late replay,
I just join google recently,
and there are tons of trainings at first.

Anyway,
you can check future api here,
https://binance-docs.github.io/apidocs/futures/en/#change-log,
I have implemented some of them locally,
currently there are some workarounds and not very elegant, so I don't make pull request yet,

by the way,
I think it should be better if we separate the restful and websocket api,
because there are many of them with same name, it is kind of mess don't you think?

I think you misunderstood the future api, future is stand for the "binance future" which is another kind of market in binance.

Is there a complete API guide or is it fragmented? I thought that was the complete API spec.
