Revise and add the text below to recommend a profile pictures in the readme file associated with the Team folder.

Double check grammar and conciseness with Grammarly. Modify based on the recommendations from other team members to have a consensus on the recommendations.

  • Aspect Ratio: 4:5
  • General form: About mid-torso to the head, and there should be about 1/5 of the vertical length (the picture height) head clearance between the top of the head and the and the upper edge of the picture frame, and at least 0.75/4 (but not more than 1.5/4)sideways clearance(on each side) between your head and both side ends of the picture frame(Try to be as centred as possible). Shoulder ends do not necessarily have to show(right before the shoulder sockets should be fine(will be largely determined by the head position and persons build.))
  • Facial expression: No overly extreme expressions, a light smile or neutral face will do(we should have a common theme, so maybe we could decide on that.)
  • Background: Not overly bright or busy, but once you are the subject and there is good blur, that is not an issue
