The markup data types are supported by multiple schemas. The markup-line data type is implemented in XML Schema within the metaschema-markup-line.xsd schema. The markup-multiline data type is implemented in XML Schema within the metaschema-markup-multiline.xsd schema. Both of these schemas use a set of shared XML Schema types from the metaschema-prose-base.xsd. The metaschema-prose-module.xsd XML schema is provided as a convenience to support use of both the markup-line and markup-multiline data types.
