Prepare a queue job to send E-Mails:

Recipient
Sender
Subject
Content (HTML?)

Maybe the Job Creation could require an instance of luya\Mail:

SendMailQueueJob
{
    public static function addToQueue(luya\Mail $mail, $queue = 'adminqueue')
   {
    // extract data and create job.
   }
}
