lost image source when switch the crud tab

What steps will reproduce the problem?

crud/create the shop model and set the avatar[int] as image type in ngRestAttributeTypes(), everything work fine, but when I switch to "create" or "edit" the row, and then switch to list again immediately, the image field image source disappear.

What is the expected result?

image shoud not be disappear in list

What do you get instead? (A Screenshot can help us a lot!)
