Howto use own images and fonts in .c-files with lvgl_micropython?

Is there a way to add own images and fonts, generated as .c-files with font or image converter and access them from lvgl_micropython?

no there is not. You would need to have the images as .bin files to be able to use them. You can also use PNG and BMP as well.
