需求描述：

用例池功能，该功能为用户提供统一的用例上传入口，用于设计、管理项目测试用例使用。作为项目用例基础池
版本用例功能：版本应支持版本用例功能，可从用例池中选择对应的用例增加到版本用例中
用例执行结果记录功能：版本用例中的测试用例应支持记录执行结果，即：通过、不通过、阻塞。以此可以记录版本测试执行的结果
