@Neolo, are you sure the script fails? I think that I forgot to silence the command, since it not finding that file should be intended on the first run.

Either way, if it is a codepage problem, try adding

chcp 65001

somewhere near the top of media-autobuild_suite.bat

It's been sitting on that message for entire night, I had to interrupt it. I don't see executables built.
chcp 65001 solved it ,thanks.
