Feature request: automatically install a list of modules after installing new version #15

The Node.JS, Perl, and Python plugins honor config files containing a list of modules which they automatically install whenever they've just installed a new version of the interpreter (respectively .default-npm-packages, .default-perl-modules, and .default-python-packages, all in the user's home directory). A similar feature for Raku/Zef would be very helpful.

I'll investigate and see what I can do. There may be some other changes I need to make to the Raku/Zef installation process beforehand but I imagine this shouldn't be too much of an obstacle. Juggling a few things at the moment but will hopefully find the time to tackle this soon.
