So far ive not been able to comfortably mock this package that comes from v3 cloudfront-signer

This mocking library is great for clients but would you consider adding these additional tools as well?

Like with S3 Presigner (#62), those are standalone functions that can be easily mocked with standard Jest mocking functions.

However, if someone wants to propose something more robust that could be a part of the library, I'm open to PRs.
