Validation is executed on first step on initialization for ValidationMode.ON_NEXT #7

With ValidationMode.ON_NEXT all steps are validated on next click, but for the first step the validation is executed one time when adding the first step on initalisation because the validationMode isn't checked.

The Validation shouldn't be executed in that case.
