Stop running CI/CD hourly and reduce to once a week or completely manual #182

The SOFA team is effectively on 24/7 on-call because the feed could do something strange at any given time.

I propose we either:

  1. Reduce the feed CI/CD to once a week - preferably in the middle of the week
  2. Only run it manually when new OS versions change

We would obviously lose out on potential hidden changes Apple makes for security related events, but I cannot continue to stop mid day on my companies work to look into why SOFA is breaking.
