Investigate support for numpydoc combining parameters on same line

The numpydoc spec for the parameters section mentions that parameters can be combined onto the same line. Testing this with @rich-iannone, when we try combining parameters onto a line, we only see the first one.

Opening this issue to investigate a bit more / see if I should dig into the parser a bit.
