chrome 下用到rem

chrome下面默认最小的字体12px,

当检测到根目录html的font-size:X%,font-size转化为Mpx,当M<12时,chrome最小值为12px,

icon width:rem,便以最小值为基准,不再变化.

在body下定义样式font-size指的就是子元素的font-size属性,跟width,height属性无关

移动设备上面可以正常比例缩小字体
