Chia 2.3.0 Plotter missing

when I try to select chia plotters only the proof of space plotter shows in list, madmax and bladebit are greyed out and says not installed. how do I manually install these?
I have a workstation windows 10 workstation with 512gb of ram and 2 E type cpu's with a nvidia rtx3060 installed.
