default settings for source map generation

Currently it's possible to generate map files via the following in compilerconfig.json

Could support please be extended to expose the sourceMap flag via compilerconfig.json.default i.e.

"sass": {      
      "indentType": "space",
      "indentWidth": 2,
      "outputStyle": "expanded",
      "Precision": 5,
      "sourceMap": true
    }

thus enforcing consistency across all generated files.
