Now that other projects are starting to depend on objc2 per #174, should the scary warning be removed from the README?

I've only recently completed the transition in a crate I control (winit), and while doing that I found that there were quite a few things missing. The entire idea in #174 is to gain real-world experience with using objc2, before I start calling the project "production ready".

I will probably remove the warning once I release a stable objc2 v0.3.
