--print-balances: Allow postings to be printed

If printing balances, and printing stars so the output can be viewed and folded/unfolded
in emacs' org-mode, we could at least optionally nest every posting to an account in the
same way that sub-accounts nest under their parent.

That way you could drill down from a balance to the underlying transactions.
