Story

As a Magento Admin User I want to control level of access users have to Media Gallery so that I can differentiate responsibility between the users

Business Value

Prevent exposing data and actions to users who don't need them

Preconditions

  1. Admin User is logged into Admin Panel
  2. Admin opened System>Permissions>User Roles
  3. User is creating/editing user role

Acceptance Criteria

  • User find Media gallery node and sees the following options:
    ** Upload assets
    ** Edit assets
    ** Delete assets
** Insert assets into the content
    ** Create folder
    ** Delete folder
  • User selects actions to be assigned to the user role, saves the changes and assign user role to a user
  • User logs in as a new user with limited access and sees only related actions available (relevant buttons are not visible
