Finalize Catalog Product SF Import API prototype

Subtask of #16

Finalize prototype made in this branch.

AC:

• https://github.com/magento/catalog-storefront/tree/develop is merged into https://github.com/magento/catalog-storefront/tree/api-proto+import
• Product data is saved to elastic search using newly defined API, which is exposed via REST
• TODOs must be identified and have corresponding tickets reported. These tickets must be addressed before the parent story is completed. It is okay to add new TODOs
• All integration/functional tests that verify save/delete/update for products must pass. Static tests may fail for now
• API for writing category data is out of scope, but all category-related tests must pass (existing implementation from develop branch need to be used)
