Based on the prototype and commit specifically, implement Varnish support for GraphQL queries.

Changes must be covered with web API functional test.
Make sure that Varnish cache works for products queries and invalidates properly on the related product modifications.
Separate configuration should be added in the Admin panel to control if Varnish should cache GraphQL queries.
