Remove or Update Catalog Mock Data #1678

The catalog mock data is not consistent with the results of the getNavigationMenu GraphQL query and therefore causes confusion.

Either update this file or remove it entirely.

This file has been removed in #1496 and this issue can be closed when that PR is merged.
