rage generation from damage dealt

Do you guys know if rage generation from dealing damage has been tested in beta? I remember there being a big nerf to it ("rage normalization") in TBC. I bet there were more nerfs between TBC and legion. Hopefully they undo all of that.

basically: plot damage dealt vs rage gained, and make sure the y-intercept is zero.
