investigate multi-environment recipe

it's realistic to expect orgs running multiple DC/OS clusters for different environments (f.e. internal dev and prod). Investigate if we can create a recipe that can deploy to an internal "dev" Vamp instance, and if certain conditions are met, we re-deploy/move to the second "prod" Vamp environment, thus mimicking multi-stage pipelines (DTAP)
