Recipe "Generate traffic Requests" fails on 0.9.3

On 0.9.3 under K8s the following recipe fails with connection refused:

• Canary Release - Introducing New Service Version > Generate traffic Requests
• https://github.com/magneticio/vamp-runner/blob/master/recipes/canary-release/traffic.yml

Error:

workflows, workflows:traffic, response, response:error
  {"errno":"ECONNREFUSED","code":"ECONNREFUSED","port":9050,"address":"127.0.0.1","syscall":"connect"}

Probably the workflow should pick up the host IP instead of localhost.
