Is it possible to have a summarize of what is managed if setup.sh is in "upgrade mode"?

Currently the only differences are:

mysql doesn't ask for root pw (uses user from conf.php) and doesn't create new db/table structure
mailscanner doesn't ask which mta should be used (reads from MailScanner.conf and conf.d files)
mailwatch doesn't ask for sql cred (uses from conf.php) and only patches MAILWATCH_HOME in conf.php
conf.php and skin.css are saved from current MW and copied back to new version

I know there could be more but didn't find the time yet
