I would like to have the most used controls from certain panels to be more accessible.
As an example: The Extruder panel of the dashboard. Me personally, I never change the Extrusion factor, nor the following six properties (Pressure advance, Smooth time, Retract length, Retract speed, unretract extra length, Unretract speed). The only properties I am using (personally) is Filament length & Extrusion Feedrate when using a 'Retract' or 'Extrude' manually for filamant change. That means 3/4rd of the panel is not relevant for me, but occupies screen space. For other panels, I have to scroll. Hiding the not used properties/controls/etc. would make the UI more readable & accessible.
My proposal: Introduce a compact mode for panels, where only certain properties are shown. Ideally, the user can choose which ones. If this is done by picking rows of properties to be shown/hidden, the layouting logic of the panels is still relatively simple to handle. Additionally, the panels should allow a 'full view', in case someone needs to see/use hidden properties/controls.

Great to see that you picked that up so quickly! Maybe you planned to do smth. like that anyway ;) Is that just the starting point and you plan to go further? Because toolhead panel was - as said - just an example. I could imagine to tailor a personal dashboard in a way that 'everything' fits on one screen / is always visible and there is no need to scroll.
