It depends on the copyright of the original documentation. If it is under an open source license it should be ok as ling as everything is properly attributed.
If the copyright does not permit this someone will to rewrite it.
There's no explicit license on the documentation, I think we can assume that follows the spirit of the code license. The documentation is mostly a reference with a short paragraph for each function, for example. A rewrite would be essentially the same.
Seems like http://www.fyireporting.com/ is owned by a SEO company now - therefore none of the links pointing there is of any use any more...
This affects some links in the readme as well as a bunch of links in the wiki.
