Describe the bug
Some externals images are not loaded

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create an empty report
Add an image control in the body
Check External
Copy / Paste this Url : https://th.bing.com/th/id/R81a7991185ed2dfcfcaaee0b746b026b?rik=MPA7yfyOk2MlVQ&pid=ImgRaw (random image in the web)
Set sizing to FitProportional
Validate
Generate the report
Show the error : This stream does not support seek operations.

Expected behavior
The image should be grab and insert in the report without error
