通过xib创建，init方法里的不会调用导致的一些问题。 #9

通过xib创建，init方法里的_stayInterval默认值，addGestureRecognizer都没有，所以点击的delegate也没有回调。

另外其实currentIndex可以设置成只读的public参数，方便外面调用。
