spot sensor configuration in yaml

I wonder if it is possible to create/configure an epex spot sensor helper in yaml instead of UI?
That would make it easier to work with version control etc.

No, there is no configuration via yaml available. Main reason is that this is seen as deprecated by Home Assistant.
