  • for "cis" mode, fit full eQTL model for lead SNP at the end and output wald statistics for slope and slope_se
  • If possible, change "nperm" dynamically so that doing more permutation when it needs to
  • address non-convergence problem when estimating beta distribution parameters
  • address occasional error for "JIT cannot preallocate memory", this occur after I add fitting full model after permutation
  • For computing qvalues, fix issue when there is NA in pvalues
