Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have more than 480 titles in my favorites, whenever I read a new title I have to mark the name in a file (txt) so I can remember which title I was reading (I leave the last 3 titles marked).

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a label option for titles in favorites (text or colors) that allows identifying and filtering which titles are being read, have already been read or have not yet been read.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Allow the user to choose a background color for each title in the favorites, by color the user can separate as they see fit, for example, titles with a yellow background are being read, with a green background they have already been read and with a white background it has not yet been read.

Context (please complete the following information):
6.1.7 or 6.17

Improvement to chapter tagging in harunko
Added to haru's tracking manga-download/haruneko#40
this was already being implemented, currently only "new content available mark" was implemented. I'll check how i'll expand this with "already read"
