Option for Sorting Mangas [UI Classic/Fluent Core]

Make a function to sort manga with certain options like A-Z, Z-A, Most Rated, Most Recent, ..., etc.

Most rated: no (not something we fetch)
Moste recent: no (not something we fetch)
