OpenVLex 2.5.0

  • new improved OpenVLex jacks which now look like "teeth" and can be printed sideways to be much stronger
  • improved gluing stencils
  • additional plain risers

OpenVLex 2.4.1

  • reduced wall thickness of stackable plain riser parts
  • added some more stackable riser system compatible bases

OpenVLex 2.4.0

  • new flexible riser system: stack risers of any height (platform, low, medium, high) by snapping together just a few simple parts. No need to print every different height in advance.

  • improved OpenVLex bases:

    • new geometry with holes for saving material
    • new vertical locking mechanism bars, ready for the new flexible riser system (see above)
  • improved magnetic OpenVLex bases: added round "windows" on the sides to make attraction of spheric magnets stronger

  • improved OpenVLex jacks: the new jack geometry now uses a flexible bridge for making the jack pins more durable and much less prone for breaking with brittle PLA

OpenVLex 2.3.1

  • revised the paused printing instructions and added a hint to only try this with brass nozzles

  • added magnetic OpenVLex bases as single printable parts for printing with a pause and placing magnets directly on the printer (detailed instructions included)

OpenVLex 2.1.0

This time it's all about dungeon stone corner and edge bases. These special OpenVLex bases make it possible to re-use your wall-on-tile parts (walls, floors, ...) on the outside of your dungeons or buildings without having ugly holes in the foundation.
