Add custom preview to the GtkFileChooser

Open the Linux Mint Draw app.
Navigate to the "File" menu.
Select "Open New Image."
Observe the absence of the "View" option in the opened window.
Expected Behavior:

The "Open New Image Window" should include a "View" option, allowing users to access essential viewing options for the image.
Additional Information:

The absence of the "View" option limits users' ability to select desired image.
