Steps to reproduce:
When you set showUserLocation to true the blue annotation's pulsing will push the street vectors around it.

Also when you pan, the blue annotation slides around.

Actually, I just reproduced this yesterday. It isn’t always reproducible, only sometimes, which leads me to think it has to do with the user dot having a non-integral center or origin.
